Michael W. Doyle
As a Love INC (In the Name of Christ) of Metro Tampa Vision Carrier, Michael is fulfilling his 2010 promise after major surgery to dedicate the rest of his days to serving the highest in His kingdom, attempting to answer His inquiries: “Do you love Me? Do you love those that I love?”
Frustrated after years of providing charity handouts lacking meaningful outcomes, he was drawn to the Love INC model that distributes no funds, is not set up to handle emergencies and has no walk ins. Focused on the person rather than the need, Love INC delivers validated and appropriate community resources with accountability, demonstrating the Love of Christ, that can transform volunteer, recipient and community.
As a retired, former business owner, Michael brings a skill set to Love INC that includes, sales, marketing, fundraising, volunteering and a fascination with ‘connecting dots’; finding and linking validated resources with manageable, reasonable requests for help. His inspiration: Blessed Dorothy Day, founder of the Catholic Worker Movement – “Comfort the afflicted; afflict the comfortable.”
